PRACTICE & COMMUNITY

Beginning with Everyday Afflictions, Learning to Steady Body and Mind

Financial pressure, family disputes, health concerns and inner distress are realities that many people face. Recognising the roots of affliction and discerning cause and effect are important starting points for practice.

Through studying the Dharma and receiving guidance, the association hopes to help people gradually bring right faith, right mindfulness and right conduct into daily life. The proposed sanctuary is part of this long-term direction, with spaces for group practice, worship and community gathering.
